Celebration of Leadership, Trust, and Impact: Grateful to BW Businessworld
I am truly humbled and grateful to be featured in Business World through their article, “Rohit Chanana: A Legacy of Leadership, Trust, and Impact”. This recognition is a moment of reflection for me, a chance to look back on my 43-year professional journey with immense gratitude.
One of the most impactful moments for me was learning from legendary mentors like Late Mr Brijmohan Lall Munjal, Chairman Hero Group. His emphasis on humility and building strong relationships has been a guiding principle for me. I recall how he always prioritized people and relationships over financial returns, a lesson that has stayed with me throughout my career. His leadership style, which included an open-door policy and treating everyone with respect, has inspired me to foster similar environments in my own endeavors.
Working with the Mr. Sunil Kant Munjal Chairman Hero Enterprise has also taught me the importance of resilience and adaptability in leadership. Sunil’s approach to navigating complex business challenges by unlearning and relearning has been particularly insightful. His commitment to family values and community welfare is a testament to the power of ethical leadership.
The values of Faith —Fairness, Acceptance, Imagination, Trust, and Humility—have been my guiding principles throughout this journey. They’ve taught me that leadership is not just about achieving success but about building trust, nurturing relationships, and creating a positive impact on those around us.
I want to take this opportunity to thank my family, colleagues, mentors, and every founder who has trusted me with their dreams. Your support has been instrumental in shaping the person I am today.
