Sometimes, the best meetings are the ones you don’t plan.

I ran into Sunil and Girish of YourNest Venture Capital at DLF Golf Club recently for a few minutes, and it turned into a warm, heartfelt catch-up. We hugged each other and felt a surge of positive energy.

We’ve known each other for years. I met Sunil over a decade ago when he was setting up the first YourNest fund and met Girish about five years back. It felt like no time had passed.

What I’ve always admired about YourNest is their team. All the partners come from solid operating backgrounds and truly understand what it takes to build a business. More importantly, they are good human beings, grounded in values, trust, and purpose.

YourNest has been backing deep tech entrepreneurs in areas like AI, robotics, IoT, and embedded systems, with a clear focus on long-term value creation and innovation that can make a difference.

I was happy to share a small moment, a photo with them holding my book Dil Se Dost, which is all about friendship, values, and building with heart.
