Create, Serve, and Enjoy the Journey of Creation – Thoughts for Founders and Promoters

Given my deep engagement with Founders and my understanding of Spirituality (i.e Humility, Empathy, Acceptance, Love, and Gratitude), here are some philosophical perspectives in building an Institution and Leaving a Legacy:

1. Devote yourself towards a Higher Purpose

2. Building a business with a Mission for the Higher Purpose.

3. Create a Movement around the Mission

4. Build a Community of likeminded people in the Ecosystem to take forward the Movement

5. Ensure all stakeholders live by  their Values in this Journey

In order to take this Dream to its logical conclusion of leaving a legacy and building an Institution,  Visualize the Journey before sleeping and when you get up in the morning.

Just one other thought to ensure you have a positive mindset during this journey, which is bound to have ups and downs, you may consider saying the following even before you put your feet on the floor when you get up in the morning every day:

2. What a wonderful day

3. Unwavering faith and stay confident
