Failure as a core VALUE

I have been wondering if any institution has “Failure” as a core VALUE, despite most leaders of the new economy encourage people to fail and learn from that experience.

I have struggled why Failure should not be a value, even though in order for us to be successful, we should never worry about Failure. Could it be because Failure has a negative connotation,  or is it that the leaders actually don’t encourage failure?

Fear of failure, in my personal view, kills creativity, courage, imagination, and dream.

Even if we don’t have Failure as a Value,  I believe the youth of today are much more enterprising and they will take bold steps to live their dreams without fear of failure.

In my personal view with the advent of the internet and other enabling technologies, we will see many success stories that will solve global problems without fear of failure.
